Excellent Service

We were looking to buy a house, we found the service from Charters to be excellent. In particular, Nony Kerr-Smiley is a genuine asset to that office and her company. She is exceptionally bubbly, diligent and kept us informed throughout and in-between viewings. She clearly works 24/7 judging by telephone calls and e-mails and really did her very best to find us a house. I also loved her openness and honesty if we felt a property was not quite right for us. Would certainly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a house.
