I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Jo . She is a total credit to the organisation . I cannot fault her performance throughout . She has a fantastic interpersonal skills ... very friendly, approachable and consistent . She has kept me in the loop throughout the process , ensuring I was always updated with developments as they happened . Her attitude has left me with a very positive view of Charters and I would not hesitate to recommend the agents to others. I would also like to add that I have had a number of dealings with other Charters employees ( Winchester office ) since I started my house search .. both in person ( viewings ) and over the telephone .
