Friendly and knowledgeable

Unfortunately Nony & Charters were unable to find me a property. However I was impressed by the trouble taken by Nony to compose her weekly updates in the form of entertaining emails which also included some local information such as the Watercress Fair in Alresford (apparently there's such a thing as watercress gin). There was also more serious information such as mortgage interest rates (1.08 I believe). In my opinion Nony 's emails gave a personal touch and made me feel like a valued customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charters as the agent to go to either as a buyer or a seller.
