Thank Goodness for Jo!

Jo, is a true star! The buying process is not something I had been through before but luckily for me Jo was on hand pretty much 24/7 with much needed support and clear communication. She kept the whole process constantly moving in the right direction with very regular updates and managing communication with all parties involved. Jo dealt with my daily phone calls exceptionally well, handling each conversation with understanding and her lovely personable nature. I am sure her workload is extremely heavy with lots of clients to manage but she made us feel like this was the only purchase she was handling and we were her top priority - I am sure that’s how everyone must feel when they have Jo on their side. When our solicitor called us to say we had exchanged, it was Jo I called first to share the joy, even before my family! - Thank you Jo!
