Exceptional service, especially Sasha's after sales efforts

Charters provided a swift and efficient valuation and sales service culminating in a very quick sale at a guide price in excess of my expectations. We were all led to believe we had a short chain with no mortgages. Charter's after sales service then took over. Well into exchange we found out there was actually a split chain under us with around 20 transactions. This is where Sasha really came into her own. Along with Shoosmiths she made sure she talked to all of the chain almost on a daily basis and coaxed them to Exchange. No mean feat given the size and complexity of the chain.
