Charters Excellent Service.

My initial confidence in instructing Charters has not been misplaced as they have achieved all I set to do with the sale of my house in Winchester. I come across a lot of property transactions as a Chartered Surveyor, who carry out mortgage valuations for a number of lenders; so when it came to selling my own house, I knew who would best serve me. Jo Goddard has been an excellent progress chaser in what has been a difficult and protracted transaction mainly due to the picky-ness of the Solicitors involved in this chain of transactions. The real value of using Charters is the personal service, as provided by both Jo and Noni; is the follow-up and progress chasing once a buyer has made an offer to purchase.
