With our dream house on the Isle of Wight in mind, we turned to Charters for their advice and marketing skills, well recognised in Winchester, to help us achieve our sale. Oliver did an excellent job valuing our property for sale realistically and convincingly talking my husband through to a price we could work with in order to achieve a swift but well priced sale. Charters have so far lived up to their reputation, swinging into action professionally to produce fabulous photos, accurate floor plans and a glossy brochure. We almost asked ourselves why we were moving. Nony has been amazing, quickly sending us a relevant selection of prospective purchasers and then negotiating with the family who's offer we have accepted. Her telephone manner is great, so cheerful whatever the time of day or information she's imparting. Her 'wheeling and dealing' have been a real bonus as she helped both sides towards an outcome that pleased everyone. Thank you Nony, you work incredibly long hours, always seem to be in the office and obviously love your job. Now Charters have to move onto the next stage of our sale, chasing solicitors etc which I'm confident they will do with professionalism as always. Watch this space!
