Fantastic service from Jo at Charters

I would like to thank the team at Charters for an excellent experience when buying our new property in Winchester. I would like to extend particular thanks to Nony in the initial period for securing us this house and even showing it to us in the first place and following this, the fabulous Jo, who without her help, patience and expertise, I very much doubt we would have even been able to exchange! We had a very tricky time and Jo was calm, extremely helpful and always in touch. She hugely facilitated the process for us, even contacting our Buyer's Solicitors in London to help with our exchange down here.
