Exceptional negotiation - and patience!

Throughout a complicated negotiation, Nony maintained a professional, good humoured and patient attitude which was very reassuring. One felt always that the situation was under control and that the selling process was progressing smoothly - even though at times it certainly hit a rocky path. Nony skilfully guided the process forward for both myself as the seller and for the buyers to a timely and very satisfactory conclusion. It was always a pleasure to speak to her and she gave the impression that ours was the only negotiation in which she was interested. No small problem was insignificant for her and all dealings were dealt with extremely efficiently. What an asset for Charters!
