Adel was highly supportive, efficient and a joy to know.

My flat was marketed at a difficult period in the market and Adel's optimism and infectious enthusiasm kept my spirits up during my rental void. She always gave me an in depth description of potential tenants which was a great help to me as I live in the flat below the flat that I let out. She was always punctual, polite, professional and engaged extremely well with potential tenants. I was informed of all viewing arrangements and was given feedback in a timely fashion. I cannot fault Adel and now that I have succeeded in finding a good tenant, I shall miss Adel's cheerful voice on the phone! Charters has done a great job and they have a good team of people.
