Tom is the most committed agent I have ever met

Tom has not yet managed to find us the right property but that is a reflection of the current market conditions rather than any lack of effort on his part. He has stayed in touch on a weekly basis and always advises early on anything that might be of interest.. When it comes time to sell I only hope he is covering my area.
