Great service, cheerful and calm!

Leanne was brilliant. We actually sold our property through a certain purple coloured online agent (Leanne acted for the house we bought) and the full sale process was so much easier for having a 'proper' agent involved. After the sale of our property, we had to rely heavily on Leanne to keep the whole chain moving, particularly as we had a very tight (7 weeks) deadline to complete (and after we accepted the offer on our home, our agent left us to it - which we understood they would do but a little stupidly did not comprehend what this actually meant for the added stress in the process) . Leanne pushed everyone hard (but politely) to make the 7 weeks a reality and we happily did, in for Christmas. Personally, I found her cheerful approach very refreshing! Would we use Charters now if we sold, yes (but most likely only if Leanne was still there)!!
