Excellent selling experience with Leanne Conyer at Charters

Leanne was the lead contact in our selling relationship with Charters. The whole experience from start to finish was professional, urgent, informed and caring. I would recommend anyone selling their property on their patch to use them. Even when the inevitable bumps in the road occurred with buyers, their experience and skills got us all through smoothly and with diligence. We really felt that Charters and Leanne in particular understood great customer service, better than any organisation I have ever used. Whilst I am sure we could have shopped around for a cheaper fee, I feel we actually were net beneficiaries from their ability to negotiate hard on our behalf. Will use Charters again in the future and recommend others do too.
