Professional with a kind understanding approach

Like most sales mine certainly had its ups and downs . Leanne was so very kind , thoughtful and extremely professional in how she dealt with these . She always made time to listen as though I was her only client and never failed to do what she promised . I would not hesitate to recommend her and also the rest of the professional and very approachable team at Charters . I would certainly use them again .
