I actually said to one of my work colleagues when talking about the moving process - "Charters just ooze professionalism". Jas was friendly and efficient and when I informed her that I wished to be living in a new place as soon as possible I felt re-assured that Charters and Jas would help me do this as I was able to view the place which ultimately I moved into, within 5 hours of making the enquiry. Additionally, the staff at head office were very helpful which added to the whole service offered. Thank you Jas and Charters.
