Top marks for this girl, she is the best.

We decided to employ Charters to market a highly desirable but unusual property which another agent, having recommended a price failed to sell. Charters are self evidently the best estate agents in Winchester. They are energetic, punctilious and pleasant to deal with at every level.. We rate them highly and have no hesitation in recommending them.
