Even though we have not ended up buying a property through Charters, we have been extremely impressed by Nony's regular and entertaining property updates. She clearly makes a lot of effort to reach her customer base and succeeds in making her property updates relevant, refreshing and topical. We have brought many properties in the past, and Charters is very lucky to have such an enthusiastic and dedicated 'front woman'! There is no doubt that Nony adds significant value to Charter's already well established reputation and she is equally dedicated and enthusiastic on the phone, as by email. Nony is a true asset to Charter's and we wish her and her unique style, continued success.
