Want to thank Leanne for being so attentive and persistent in helping my purchase go through relatively quickly despite the usual issues. Given that I wasn't the paying customer Leanne treated me as if I was and knowing this was a long awaited opportunity to get on the housing ladder, she was very reassuring. Her knowledge of the mortgage process from her past working career helped hugely in identifying when our solicitors were giving false excuses for delays, which they were!
