untrustworthy and unhelpful

We booked 2 Saturday viewings and travelled from the midlands to view on Saturday morning, arrived at 10am at the first property and the estate agent did not show up, we rang the office and was told they have not booked us in properly and were not able to cover as they had to give the tenants 24 hours notice. On closer inspection we realised that both properties were available immediately and therefore didn’t have any tenants in. Once we informed the letting agent of this she changed her mind and said they didn’t have anyone to show us the properties. The customer service was atrocious, and no attempt was made to rearrange the viewing or to see if colleagues could fit us in later in the day. If a letting agency treats potential tenants this badly i can’t imagine how bad they treat tenants once they have signed the contract. I strongly recommend both potential tenants and landlords not to rent/let with Dybles!
