I have had the pleasure of dealing with Karl at the Martin & Co Winchester branch in regards to a student property for my son this coming September, I reached out to Karl in December 2024 with the general enquiry as to when would it be ideal to start viewing student accommodation for the new academic year 2025/26, he suggested that as these properties get advertised and “Let agreed” fairly quickly to start our search in the New Year and to check on the webpage regularly. We arranged to meet in February 2025 for our first viewings, however my son still overly keen to browse the accommodation on offer, found and viewed a room the same day with Karl and has successfully secured a beautiful room for his final year at university. Karl has been very professional throughout and has acted quickly to help my son find his perfect room, Karl has been keeping him up to date with progress via WhatsApp and I couldn’t ask for anymore assistance from Karl as I’m 150 miles away and Karl at Martin & Co has been so helpful in keeping me and my son updated, I’ve had the pleasure of talking to Karl on the telephone and his friendliness and abilities have shone though, a true asset to your Winchester team, thank you again for all your assistance Karl its very much appreciated.
