Really great and straight forward experience!! The agent Piers was really nice, patient and quick to respond, which was helpful and really appreciated! Being able to talk through messages without having to email or have multiple phone calls made it easier for me to communicate as someone who often struggles with it and kept the process fast and simple. The whole process definitely wasn’t as stressful as I thought it would initially be.

After my circumstances changed suddenly, I enquired again about a room I originally viewed a couple of months earlier as I noticed it was back on the site. From start to finish my experience with Martin and Co has been nothing but positive. Georgie showed me the room originally and processed my application and was friendly and really helpful throughout and then Ellie (who was nice and polite and helpful) completed my tenancy, took final payment and went through final bits and gave me the keys. Thanks also to Steve for initial chat on phone and email responses.

I only spoke to two people (Piers and then Emily), and both were very courteous and very lovely people. Piers ultimately handled my enquiry, and sorted everything out for me very quickly. He even responded to me out of hours (which, for the record, I don't believe anybody should ever be obliged to do so lots of bonus points there). Very accommodating, given my difficult scenario, and pleasantly surprised that an estate agent was actually helpful for once, in all my renting life.

Piers was absolutely wonderful at finding homes that met all of our requirements. He immediately works on it since we start the process. He also ensured that we have options for unforeseen circumstance. Swift on communication and express great customer services. Highly recommended.
