Just rented a property through Martin & Co in Winchester; excellent service from them, especially thanks to Karl, who helped us through this stressful property hunt. He went extra miles for us by sending us videos and links as we requested which helped us secure the property on time. Really appreciated Karl for giving us prompt and effective communication and action throughout the process. I would highly recommend Martin&Co to anyone and this has been the best dealing I have had with any lettings agents in Winchester.

Great work by Steve, Karl, and Piers for finding me a suitable place to stay in Winchester on such short notice. I visited Martin & Co's office in Winchester on 26/06/24 as I urgently needed a place to rent. Steve was very patient and spent a considerable amount of time scrolling through their listings to find me a suitable room. After going through and excluding countless listings, he finally recommended me a room that meets my requirements. Excellent work! Piers was very friendly and responsive to my questions, and immediately started work on preparing the contract once I have agreed to the initial terms. This company has demonstrated good teamwork and prioritises client’s needs. If you’re looking for a room to rent, I would definitely recommend this company.
