Frost's customer service is the worst thing I've ever experienced!!! I've emailed Karen Morris numerous times and no response! Not the first time has happened either! Your communication is atrocious! Renters, Buyers and Sellers AVOID this company at all costs!
Once you are paying rent, the customer service ends.
Just took over renting a property. Left for the weekend and got alerted by home security that someone entered with a key (clearly visible in video) - tried to call but nobody is available on the weekend. Does not make me feel safe or happy to leave the property unattended. Needs urgent attention but seems that can’t be done
I went to Windsor branch couple of days ago to enquire about an investment property. Some pompous (I believe a manager) opened a door and before I even finished speaking he cut me off saying it’s not their property and shut the door in my face !! Well if he only let me finished I would have explained I was looking for something similar to it, as the property in question was already sold. I suppose I wasn’t dressed up for the occasion as I was wearing a tracksuit. I went next door to Romans where friendly staff provided me with an excellent service. This is how you lose business. Well done !!
I have never had any issues with any other letting agency but Frost is just the worst. Especially, some of its agents. I would honestly advice to consider literally any other agency.
The way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?
Require lots of chasing, give incorrect/misleading information
I am highly disappointed by the services of this agency. They havent paid back my deposit for the tenancy that ended 3 months ago and do not reply to emails. Definitely do not reccomend- very unprofessional.
