From my first viewing of the property which I successfully rented I was greeted in an extremely warm and welcoming way by Joanna Ball who replied to all my queries and questions very promptly keeping a courteous and friendly manner. Throughout the Rental process, financial requirements and personal details, I was kept updated and well informed about all the prerequisites and necessary documents by Julia Horwood. Since moving in I have had a few issues with the electrical which were handled very professionally and in a timely manner. Pina Fogarty who deals with all the maintenance aspects of the property is always readily available and efficient. I had a broken down oven replaced within a few days. Nothing seems too much and the third parties who supply services to the Frost Agnecy are of an extremely high standard, polite and professional. When I popped in to their offices in Windsor town centre their staff were very friendly and you feel immediately relaxed and put at ease. I am very happy by their outstanding services and these comments do not come lightly as I work with a Premium company in the area of customer Services. I have appreciated the way all my queries and issues have been quickly resolved and wish to say a big thank you to all y Ur staff.
