A very efficient set up, with all meetings/viewings happening on schedule with no issues. Follow up questions and guidance through the entire process was hassle free, and nothing was too much trouble. Post a successful letting, further follow ups to check all was in order. At all times we were made to feel like a valued client, and all our questions answered swiftly and showing a good understanding of things from a prospective tenants viewpoint. Many thanks to Tracey Brooks for making the whole thing a lot less daunting than we had imagined it could be.
