We dealt with Joe initially who was great but then we mainly dealt with Max. We had many peaks and troughs during the process and Max was extremely efficient, calm and conciliatory. Max always answered his phone and dealt with any queries quickly, which is what is needed in the stressful scenario of a house move. Thank you Max.
