A very unprofessional agency. I’m working class professional who has been extremely disappointed by the service provided here. They told us lies about meters by time we viewed the flat. They were on top up tariff and didn’t agree to change them. All what they came up with an excuse that they didn’t know this before. It was on record and in pictures that meters were on top up. They didn’t address any of the repair works and we had to chase them until we moved out. The agency has very bad reputation in the Babington area. The carpet was in terrible condition before moving into the property and was agreed to be replaced. But unfortunately after moving out I was claimed for cleaning of the carpet even when it was evident in the pictures and inventory. They barely helped to organise maintenance the house. They never defend the tenants’ right and will do their best to get pennies out of your deposit by any means. They are not very good in keeping efficient contact and will always avoid you. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! I guarantee you will regret it.
