Great work so far

Most of the time it's hard to provide feedback that moves from good to great, unless a problem arises that needs fixing however, in my experience, so far with Gatekeeper I can very much do so. The service has been excellent, the customer service is fantastic, friendly, considerate and genuine. Every contact has been great from start to finish. I had a problem with the boiler on move in day and the solution was quickly put in place. Despite the fix only being available on Monday, that's the Engineer (third party) not yourselves! But honestly, great work so far. Constructive feedback. The gas meter location just needs to be put in the hints or pointers on the picture section sent (so I know where it is for topping up, also the bin location too). Other than those little things, it's been great and I will recommend yourselves to anyone I know both personally and commercially.
