Good Letting Agent

I had interactions and had received services from Devere Letting agency when I had moved to UK and was looking for a property to rent. The agent Nicky ( dont know if she still works there!) was very helpful. She is straightforward but has a knack to understand your needs quickly. She found a nice suiting property for us. The overall experience was very convenient.. The fees ( 330£) however charged for finding a property & referencing was quite high along with an extra charge of 60£ for an extension after 6 months of letting. However I should mention that the agency was quick to act when there was a problem with the window pan even during the Christmas time. With the due services and regular checkup visits at the property, I felt they were to the mark in providing their services. I would surely recommend them for any prospective renter.
