I've recently rented a property through Martin & Co Letting Agents. My initial contact was Chrys who has been extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Nothing was too much for her, despite I have sent email after email for updates (Obviously being hyperactive here). If it wasn't for Chrys, i wouldn't have got my lovely flat. I would highly recommend Martin & Co for anyone who is looking for properties around Woking. They are easy to work with & easy to get information on timely manner. Chrys obviously deserve a pay rise. I would have look for other options if Chrys wasn't there as she was very welcoming from my initial meet, Thank you all at Martin & Co and wish you all the very best!

We love this place/house. Nathaniel was very good in showing us the flat. Very chatty and initiative. Followed up again on things we had requested for like getting professional cleaning done. He is always available too when we are need of anything and transfers us to the rightful person if he cannot handle it himself. Very professional young man. Been in the flat for 2 weeks now . Glitches here and there with the plumbing and stove. Fixed plumbing ourselves but waiting on response about the stove. Overall beautiful flat,beautiful service . Keep it up!
