We contacted Martin & Co Woking at their office asking to rent a house in the Woking area. They welcomed us warmly and explained to us the available options. After short-listing a property we have been hosted twice by Ms Chrysoula on short notice for the viewing session for the same property. As we had pressing circumstances and had to move into the house urgently, Ms Chrys helped us a lot in completing our renting agreement within less than a couple of weeks. Later after moving in we have been contacting Mr Ian to close the maintenance balance items and he was responding very quickly and effectively. On rare occasions when Ms Chrys and Mr Ian were on leave or not available in the office, their colleagues M. Carmine and Mr Reece used to respond efficiently on their behalf so we have never contacted the office for help or a question and had no response!
