I would like to highly recommend Martin & Co Wokingham for their professional and effective approach. We were renting with another Estate Agent for a while and their bullish and dismissive style was appalling. When our landlord informed us that we are moving to Martin & Co Wokingham our worries quickly dissipated. We were contacted by Erica Townend and we had a long and fruitful meeting resulting in solving all our previous issues. We were impressed by her knowledge, professional and practical approach. With Martin & Co Wokingham all issues are logged easily in their reporting system and they will usually follow within a business day or even sooner. We had couple of emergencies and their response was quick and efficient. And when our Landlord decided to sell the property, Giles Mitchell helped us in the negotiations and the sales process. I would also like to thank Katie Gibson for her excellent approach and support.
