I've just moved in to a lovely flat in Wolves with the help of Whitegates Wolverhampton and I absolutely love it! I'd like to give a special mention to Herdip and Georgia. They have both been absolutely amazing to me through the whole journey. They have gone above and beyond to ensure the whole process was as smooth as possible and I just love how friendly they are. I think I may have called them at least twice a day over a 3 week period ha-ha but they were never fed up of me and they were always happy to help. I also have to say a huge thank you to Adrian the handy man :) In my first few days, there have been a few minor things that needed fixing or changing. As soon as I mentioned it to Herdip and Georgia they were on to it and they sent Adrian over- Adrian came over immediately and he has such a warm and polite energy about him. I really appreciate his help and the fact that he even followed up days after to make sure I was happy with everything. I'm extremely impressed by the customer service Whitegates provide, they are such a lovely and friendly bunch but most importantly they are so professional. Based on my wonderful experience, I'd totally recommend them to any one seeking a property to rent. Thanks Guys! Yetunde!
