I have engaged Whitegates to Find Tenants for my property for over 15 years! I have never Encountered any issues with The Tennant’s they have found for me, and any questions or Queries I have had, have all been responded to Quickly.

The people in the office were really nice and friendly, the agent showing us the property however was rude.... Really cold and unfriendly, seemed bored and uninterested. Blatantly didn't want to be there, didn't even get a follow up call or email to our questions...

If you have choice, avoid them completely. But if you don’t, leave no detail undocumented and evidenced. They will deny anything to milk you and keep your deposit. Protect yourself, they are greedy and wicked with a smile on their faces.

I had a terrible moving out experience with Georgia and Herdip from Whitegates Wolverhampton. I had a terrible living experience with the property , in case of any repairs that we reported, they were never available to respond on calls or emails. For very serious issues as well they were unresponsive. But the worst part was when we decided to move out of the property and they wrongfully claimed that we damaged the curtains etc for which we first complained that they were not in good condition when we moved in. They are fradulent and want to make money out of tenant by wrongfully claiming damage costs which we haven't done in the first place. They claimed the coffee table or carpets were stained but they were in full working conditions. We were schocked to see them making such claims while they never paid heed to our issues reported during our tenancy. Never ever use these letting agents for property- one they will never be available for solving the issues you face and second they will put false claims finding small spots or damages you haven't done to withold the security deposit.

The worst experience you can ever have with any letting agent is with them, they make the landlord priority and won't give detailed information about your rental. If you're not ready for premium sadness in your home, avoid them.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I wish there was something lower than 1 star. Whitegates wolverhampton is the very worst agents to rent from. They don't care about tenants and they connive with the landlords to include ridiculous clauses in the contracts, just so they can kick out unassuming tenants anytime they want. They DON'T respond to complaints and worst of all, no matter how hard you try to leave the house in good shape after moving out THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT. Extra: most of the reviews are not accurate. If you want to see how "reputable" they are go to trust pilot. Cheers.

As a landlord who used this company, I can only say, avoid them at all costs. There rude, negligent and unprofessional!

NEVER EVER LET ANY PROPERTY FROM WHITE GATES WOLVERHAMPTON TRUST ME ITS MY WORST DECISION Never let any property from them they are big frauds people they give already damage property and when you leave the property they charge for it which one already damaged . When you ask they said make diputes online on dps . They also delete comments from his pages very funny

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM. ASK ANYBODY WHO ACTUALLY HAS, DON’T TRUST REVIEWS. They buy reviews and encourage reviews as soon as you sign the lease. However, they’re nothing but hell the second you sign that paper. No introduction to the house (just take a guess where your water stop valve is, etc, because they have no clue !) Expired carbon monoxide/fire alarms that they take a month to replace, drowning in leaks and mould without hearing a peep. Burst a pipe, house flooding with water ? Expect to be flooded out because they won’t even acknowledge you for 2 weeks. No emergency line, so get ready to pay for emergency repairs out of pocket. Maybe they’re good to buy from, who knows, but honestly they’re shady so I wouldn’t trust them. They’d probably hide information and sell you an unliveable property, since they’re more than happy renting them. Whitegates is infamous with the local contractors, just ask around and you’ll see the real Whitegates and not the image they try to project.
