Do not work for this company unless you want to be completely disheveled of your pride, work ethic and confidence. Managers think its acceptable to have an off and on switch when they want to speak with their colleagues

An absolute shambles. The estate agents worked with the landlord to steal as much of a tenants deposit as possible. Through lies, deceit and manipulation. They leave properties with damp and mould even with the tenant having a lung disease. A disgrace. Untrustworthy and dispicable! Dont bother!

Toilet was leaking and it took them over 6 months to fix. Ended up costing me about 200 quid when my water bill came through. Got no discount from my rent. Hot water stopped working on the 23rd December, didnt send anyone out unitl 30th December and all he did was reset the thermostat. Hot water went again lastnight. Honestly id avoid them. Communication is very poor on there end, they hassle and hound you for rent and rises but don't really care enough if you have issues.

Worse agency of town! Stay away! We bought house from them, they didnt put our final offer through we were about to loose the property. We found the owner and passed our offer. It took almost a year to make the exchange! The property came with tenant, they ask us to manage it, we gave them another chance they been very very poor! Tenancy agreement contract date, wrong, we ask the to serve section 21 they made an error its became void. They dont respond to emails, they dont respond the calls. We stop working with them we found they made a different contract with tenants and different contract with us; they allow dog and for that they charged more but they didnt tell us anything. Their repair service is horrible, they charge us £300 boiler service we only find boiler never been serviced! Stay away! Dont sell, buy or rent from these guys!
