Just when I thought all renting agencies are borderline criminal sharks who will do anything to make your life miserable , I had the pleasure to rent from Element properties for the last 2 years, which was a much needed ray of sunshine compared to previous renting experiences I had in London. These guys have been absolutely fantastic, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly many times! 10/10 would recommend renting here! What a class act!
