We've previously had bad experiences with other companies, but Element have been very supportive, professional and happy to help throughout the entire renting process. The document signing, deposit, rent etc. all went very smoothly, and any repairs we've needed since moving in have been very promptly booked in and organised for us. We're really grateful to rent with a company like this and would definitely use their services if we needed to find another place to rent -- definitely recommend!
