Really helpful and informative; made the whole moving process a lot less stressful. Ejiro was absolutely brilliant, so kind and friendly and kept us updated on everything whilst we were in the process of signing everything for our new home. Haven’t had the best experiences with other estate agents in the past so it was really nice to have such a positive experience with Element. The welcome box on move in day was also a lovely touch.
