Honestly have never been so impressed by a property agent in my life! But these guys are excellent, which is again something I’ve never said about a property agent before! When I moved into my new flat, I got a ‘welcome box’ with a few neat bits and bobs, they also went above and beyond with making sure everything was fixed, cleaned and anything I later went to them with, and there were quite a few things because I’m a pain in the arse, everyone, especially Ejiro and Russell, were exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and all around great. Seriously great service, an example to many large letting agents 👍🏻
