We have been using Element for a while now, they have managed our properties exactly how it should be done. We went from 2 different agencies that were not up to date with regulations, we were always chasing them for gas certs etc. We were just fed up. I do not normally write reviews, however today they went above and beyond and I cannot thank the team enough. I will always recommend them. My relatives have also used them for selling property, and have told me that the knowledge these guys have on property is outstanding. I would also add, they have helped me in structuring my portfolio, and helped me better it.
