From the moment I met George and Hiten I really felt their commitment to selling my property. They were positive, genuine and knowledgeable about the ' housing market' and the saleability of my property. They were spot on with their valuation and any caveats- the latter didn't materialise. Within days I had several viewings and offers. Thereafter I never looked back. The eventual sale took much longer than anticipated inspite of Element, not because of them, although regular contact & consistently providing updates keeping myself in the loop with was at times anxiety provoking, however, at all times I felt Element Properties had my back. I've not had such an experience with estate agents before (and I have bought and sold a number of properties). I can't recommend Element Properties highly enough.
