Key points that made the experience enjoyable: 1) Having an open WhatsApp chat to communicate the move and any issues we faced 2) Referencing process and contract signing was quick and smooth due to software systems element properties uses. All was done using our phone apps. 3) Friendly and polite staff who were always supportive and willing to help with any questions.
