Amazing people and service. Overall experience with Element Properties has been so good! Josh has been the most flexible, available, efficient estate agent I have ever worked with. From helping me to find a cleaner, decorator etc... to finding tenants and organising the contract. Josh has been so helpful in everything. I have even managed to mess things up and pay them twice.
