I can't rate Element enough! I have just started in a flat with them and the process was excellent from start to finish. They are on the ball and have a very straightforward process for making an offer and signing, all of which can be done via email and online. I'd particularly highlight their integrity. I was never pressured or given the hard sell and they include guidance on tenants rights and responsibilities in their process, which is a great touch!
