Every person at the agency we dealt with was respectful, communicative and kind. They wanted both the owner and the tenant to be happy with the agreement. Their communication was exceptional, they helped change things in the property out of their remit to ensure we were happy. After using KFH and other agencies in the area, under no circumstances would I go anywhere else.
