I have used Elements before for a sale of a property and like that time, in my most recent sale I dealt primarily with George who was my main point of contact. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and highly communicative. Whenever I had any questions or queries, he was always there to answer them. If there were any issues or divergences in the process, George was there to help sort everything out. The listing of the flat looked amazing on their website, with a complete virtual tour that comes as part of the process. In regards to the mortgage side, we also used Elements and dealt specifically with Cos who like George was the absolute pinnacle of professional, courteous and helpful. He was available whenever we needed help, answered any questions both promptly and knowledgeably and got us the best possible mortgage we could secure. I would give these guys more than 5 if I could.
