We appointed Lee Russell of Davis Tate Woodley as our estate agent recently and were really pleased we did, as he has proved to be very competent, trustworthy and reliable. He takes a relaxed but respectful approach when dealing with clients but there is nothing relaxed about his performance. Always on the end of an email or phone he replied to any concerns at all times and we were never left hanging for a response. The fact that you deal only with him is a bonus because he is always fully informed of the state of affairs and able to respond quickly to queries. We were very happy with the sale price we achieved on our house and although we had a few hold ups with the chain, Lee was constantly ‘on it’, chasing up agents and solicitors and driving the process to a positive conclusion. There were a couple of moments when things looked a bit tricky and that’s when having a good agent makes all the difference as he did a really good job of supporting us through that and keeping our confidence high. I would thoroughly recommend Lee - he’s a great agent who works really hard to achieve a good result.
