We first met Lee Russell of Davis Tate, Woodley, a few years ago when he came to value our house. Lee was one of three agents who did a valuation but was the only one who genuinely showed any interest in the reasons on why we wanted to move. The information and feedback he gave us that day persuaded us to stay in Woodley. Even though Lee lost out on potential business, he rather do that than see people move for the wrong reasons. More recently, we were in a better position to upsize so we’d entrusted Lee to sell our house. He did so with efficiency, passion and enthusiasm. It was not a straight forward sale due to a long chain but Lee was always at hand to provide support throughout the whole process and it was never in any doubt that he would get the job done. Lee is very experience and knowledgeable, who is a people’s person and is a real pleasure to deal with.
