We cannot recommend this agent highly enough. We were originally (regrettably) persuaded to list with another local agent whose game was to give a high, unrealistic, valuation to 'hook' you into signing with them, leaving the house to sit without hardly any viewings for some weeks before admitting that the original valuation was perhaps too high, with the only option then to slash the price. With Lee it was a completely different approach right from the start. He was 100% honest and transparent about everything and from the very first days, he'd lined up a number of viewings and called us straightaway afterwards to give us an honest appraisal of how he felt the viewings went. Not only this, but any emails we sent were responded to promptly and professionally-worlds away from the lack of communication we experienced with the other agents. Throughout the entire process from receiving an offer on our property right through to completion we felt up-to-date with any developments. Once we had received an offer, Lee didn't leave it to the solicitors, he was again there every step of the way, keeping us informed of everything.
