My vendor was buying Alex's property and I asked my vendor to put us in touch directly. I was then able to help Alex with a whole load of issues that cropped up on his sale plus kept him updated on the rest of the chain. Bearing in mind he wasnt actually my client and got all this help for free. Sadly he received absolutely zero and I mean zero, assistance from his own agent whom was getting paid!
